Apple Announced The Top 10 iPad Free Apps of 2015

This is about the time of year when Apple releases its choices for the top iOS apps of the year. The lists of 2015 best iOS apps were just released today featuring a number of key apps most of which have already been reviewed here in EdTech and mLearning.
