It is graduation time now and students are excited more than anyone else about what lays ahead. Most of them have already decided on what they have to do at least in their near future whether going to college or heading into the job market which unfortunately is a hard choice. I understand it is cultured motivated and notions of financial independence and individuality reigns over all other considerations which drive most of teenagers to leave home and try to settle down somewhere. But the thing is, being independent has its price and might end up chaining teenagers to a life time of blue collar jobs with the minimum payment. This is why parents, teaches, and the administrative stuff should all combine their efforts to better guide students on their future choices after graduation. In this regard, I am providing you with a list of some awesome videos initially featured in TED and that I have learned from Richard Byrne.
