The rising costs of college impact students in more ways than just loans. It impacts both the future career choices students make as well as other major life decisions. Some students have graduated with life long debts. Why would this be the case ? Are the governments really keen on offering higher education to the public or is it a selective policy to educate just those who can afford it.
I dont blam ethose who would give it up once for all. I have met a guy in Tim Hortons the other day and as we were talking about higher education he told me he would love to go to college and have a higher degree but he does not have the means to afford for it. This is just a sample and million others are like him. It is pittiful to know that billions are spent on buying and investing in the arms industry while the educational system is left for an elite to decide on its fate.
The following infographic sheds some light on the impact of the high college costs on students lives.
