Here is a handy visual we created for teachers to use with their students in class. The visual is based on Stephen King’s classic book ‘On Writing: A Memoire of The Craft’ (contains Amazon affiliate link). I have read the book at least twice and noted down the quotes below. These are tips or, better, pieces of advice from King to prospective writers, those struggling with writer’s block or anyone else interested in enhancing their writing styles. Actually the tips are generic and can be applied to any writing task. They touch on the core of writing: style and mechanics and they also cover building productive writing habits.
