Here is a collection of some good iPad apps that are free today and only for a limited period of time. Our favourite titles are the National Gallery app (lets you virtually explore art masterpieces in the National Gallery of Art in Washington) and eSignLive ( a good app for electronically signing documents). The rest of the apps are interactive games targeting different school literacies. We hope the apps are still free by the time you are read this post.
1- National Gallery of Art HD

2- eSignLive

3- GeoBee Challenge
‘This is a challenging game, so it’s not for beginners…but do keep in mind that the National Geographic Bee is meant for kids in grades 4-8. Are you smarter than a 4th grader? If you need help studying, you should check out the National Geographic World Atlas HD app, also available on iTunes.’
4- Musical Paint for Kids

5- Student Planner

6- Math Balance : Games For Kids

7- Wordly
