If you take the first route, you can either share the lesson as it is with your students and invite them to join and start the lesson in real time or you can edit the lesson to include input relevant to your teaching needs before you invite students. If you take the second route, you will get to build your lesson from scratch using AI or you can design it with interactive question types.

To sart using Curipod you need to login to your account. If you don’t have one, register for free. Once there click on Create a lesson and you will be provided with these options:
1. Generate a Lesson
Here is where you get to leverage Curipod’s AI technology to generate interactive lessons based on prompts you type in. The process is simple and easy. First, type in the topic of your lesson and provide as much details as possible; for instance, define the topic, standards, learning objectives, standards, etc.
Next, select which standards you want to align your lesson to then select a grade and language then add extra criteria (e.g. specify the number of slides, etc) then click on ‘Get lesson’. Again, go through the slides, edit and customize their content according to your teaching needs and once done, invite your students to join and start the lesson in real time
2. Curify My Slides
Here is where you can upload your slides and let Curipod create an interactive lesson from your uploaded slides. Simply upload your presentation (files supported include .pdf, .pptx, .key), select a grade, add criteria if you want, choose a language, select whether you want to align your lesson to standards, then click on Get Lesson.
Curipod instantly generates an interactive lesson that includes interactive activities. It even generates and inserts fun drawing activities that ac as brain breaks for students. And before you invite your students to join the lesson and start using the activities, make sure to go through the lesson, add your own edits, modify things to your liking then click on ‘Start now’, grab the join URL and pin code and share with your students.
3.Prepare for Testing
This section features activities to prepare students for standard tests. You can browse activities by test name including ACT & AP, SBAC, AASA, CAASPP, CMAS, GMAS, NC Test Prep, and NYS Exam Prep. Here is how it works, choose a pre-made lesson, go through its details to know what it is about, its learning objectives, grades it targets, duration, and the interactive activities it includes.
Next, click on ‘Start now’ and share the join URL with your students. Alternatively, click on ‘Get lesson’ button and type in your data to further customize your lesson. You can provide a topic, select grade level, skills then click on ‘Get lesson’ once more to generate the lesson.
4. Establish Daily Routines
In this section you will have access to wide variety of interactive activities to bring your lessons to life. These activities cover vocabulary practice, exit ticket activities, social emotional learning activities, and bell ringers. The process is the same like before, select a pre-made lesson, share the join URL with your students to start playing the lesson right away or click to copy and edit its content to customize it the way you want.
5. Build Writing Skills
In this section, you will have access to pre-made lessons and activities on various writing skills. More specifically, the lessons are arranged into the following categories: Argumentative writing, 5 Min Writing Practice, Informational Writing, and Narrative Writing. Same process, choose the lesson you like, click to play it right away or edit its content to fit your teaching needs then use the join code to invite students.

Curipod’s Reports
Reports is one of the best features I like about Curipod. For each lesson your students work on, Curipod provides you with detailed insights about students performance, identifies which students need help, provides you with a graph showcasing who participated and who did not, and more.
You can also go to Students tab under Reports and select a student then click on Generate insights and Curipod will instantly generate a report about that student’s performance, what they learned, where they need help, and provide suggestions for activities to help them improve their learning.
Final thoughts
Curipod is a good AI-powered teaching platform that enables you to create interactive lessons at no time. It not as powerful as other AI lesson generators out there especially Brisk Teaching and Eduaide but it does provide unique features that make it super easy for teachers to design interactive instructional materials.
