As its name indicates, this add-on, provided by DataScope, enables you to easily generate PDFs from your Google Forms. Here is how it works: first install the add-on then open your Google Forms form, click on the add-on's icon and select PDF Builder. Next, click on Launch PDF builder and click on Generate PDF. You can also export your form to DataScope and access more advanced features including PDF Editor which allows you to customize your form, automatic notifications of email lists, view data collected in real-time and through graphics, and many more.
