Now that all of us, teachers and educators, have turned to distance education as the primary mode of doing our work, certain digital functionalities will prove more pertinent than others. One of these functionalities besides the ability to create, join and engage in video conferences is the ability to create and share forms.  You can use digital forms for a wide variety of purposes from collecting feedback after delivering a remote lesson to creating surveys and polls to gauge your audience/learners interest. Google Forms is absolutely our go-to tool for creating forms. It is simple, effective, easy, and, most importantly, is integrated with Google Drive. In case you want to try other tools we suggest that you check out these  add-ons. These add-ons  are  integrated with Google Drive and will  help you easily create and share forms with others.

FormCreator

FormCreator allows you to create various forms for various purposes including: quizzes, assignments, surveys, polls, feedback, data collection and many more. The way it works is simple: fill in data in your Google Sheets and click to generate your form.

Form Notifications

This Google add-on generates for you automated email notifications for the following:

2. Form owners and editors - Configure messages that are delivered to you (as the creator of the Form), or other collaborators, on predetermined response thresholds."
