Teaching large numbers of students can sometimes be a challenge for educators. Often, teachers can gain efficiency by teaching every student the same, based on their grade level. This is not, however, effective for reaching all students, as every student is at a different point in their learning progress, no matter their age or grade in school. Students need instruction tailored specifically for their individual needs, so the instruction they are provided fosters academic achievement and helps them progress on their learning path.
