After posting about some of the best iPad apps you can use as a teacher to scan, e-sign, annotate, and share documents, here is another collection of iPad apps to facilitate your workflow and enhance your productivity. These are applications you can use on your iOS devices to bring together all of your favourite apps and automate actions across various services creating thus a better workflow experience. You are probably already familiar with the popular Workflow and IFTT apps for we have covered them in previous posts, Microsoft Flow and Copied are new here. While Microsoft Flow provides similar features to Workflow, Copied is a bit different. It is an app that enables you to clip and copy digital content (e.g., text, images, links) from any app and save it to your clipboard where you can view, edit and share it with others.
‘Workflow is your personal automation tool, enabling you to drag and drop any combination of actions to create powerful workflows for your iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch. Workflow includes over 200 actions, including those for Contacts, Calendar, Maps, Music, Photos, Camera, Reminders, Safari, AirDrop, Twitter, Facebook, Dropbox, Evernote, iCloud Drive, and Health, to name a few.’

‘Save snippets of data with Copied so that you can easily find them when you need them. Some of its features include: save text, links and images copied from any app as clippings; copy clippings back to your clipboard and paste them anywhere; transform clippings with text formatters or create your own; view and edit the data on your clipboard…’
‘Applets bring your favorite services together to create new experiences. Over 500 apps work with IFTTT including Twitter, Telegram, Google Drive, Twitch, Weather Underground, Instagram, Gmail, and devices like Google Home, Amazon Alexa, Nest, Philips Hue, and your iPhone. The IFTTT app also integrates with the Health app, so you can easily track and maintain your habits.’
