Here is an infographic from the folks in Wrike featuring the results of a study they conducted with over 1400 workers to examine their work management processes. Surprisingly, the results show that the majory of respondents (about 94%) manage their projects by themselves and on a regular basis while only 47% have project mamangers. This ‘tells us that project management is becoming a shared responsibility, no matter what role you’re officially in’.
