Storyline Online is an excellent literacy website to use with your kids. It helps immerse kids in    engaging reading and storytelling experiences. Storyline Online streams ‘videos featuring celebrated actors reading children’s books alongside creatively produced illustrations. Readers include Viola Davis, Chris Pine, Lily Tomlin, Kevin Costner, Annette Bening, James Earl Jones, Betty White and dozens more.’

Teachers, educators and parents can stream video content from Storyline Online in class or at home. The service is free to use. You can use the site's search functionality  to locate books to share with kids.’Each book includes supplemental curriculum developed by a credentialed elementary educator, aiming to strengthen comprehension and verbal and written skills for English-language learners.’ Storyline Online is a program of a nonprofit organization called SAG-AFTRA. You can search Storyline Online library by Author, Reader, Title, and Run Time. Once you find the title you are interested in click on to access the options to buy it in one of the book stores provided or check the activity guides associated with it to see how you can use it with your students.
