A Quick Tip to Create PDFs in Your Google Drive

If you are like me and you prefer  to read documents in PDF format, then Google Drive has an integrated functionality that allows you to download any document you are working on in your Google Doc to PDF. This same functionality is also available in Word.

Here are some screenshots to show you how to download your Google docs in PDF formats.

First, open your Google Doc, click on file then click on download and select PDF format. You can also download your document in several other formats including : Microsoft Word (.dox), OpenDocument Format (.odt ), Rich Text Format (.rtf), PDF Document (.pdf), Plain Text (.txt), Web Page(.html,zipped).
