Teacher’s Guide to The New Google Sheets

Google has recently released a brand new tool of their spreadsheet tool Google Sheet. I have posted about this new update in a recent article here in Educational Technology and Mobile Learning. This new version brings about a lot of improvement and new features to the spreadsheet tool. Note that the updates only affect the new sheets you create and not the ones you have already created.

I am sharing with you below an excellent video tutorial created by Google Guru on how to update your Google sheets and benefit from these new features. The two major features covered here are

1- Create and edit sheets offline
2- Speed improvements to Google Sheets: with this feature, users are able to scroll and load sheets faster. This is made possible by deleting the spreadsheet limit size, there is no longer any limits to cells or formula.
