A couple of months ago I posted here in Educational Technology and Mobile Learning a detailed visual guide on how to insert images into Google forms and today I am sharing with you a practical tip on how to insert images in Google Spreadsheets. I learned about this tip from Google Guru.
For those of you who are already familiar with the features of Google Spreadsheets, you probably already know that to insert an image you need to use insert image menu option, but this actually does not work the way we want it. It usually does not place the image inside the cell and it only puts it on top of the spreadsheet.
To insert one or a couple of images into a cell in a spreadsheet you need to use the =IMAGE Spreadsheet function. I invite you to watch the video below to learn how to do this. Enjoy
