Today we are sharing with you PBL Essential Elements Checklist that we came across in this article written in Spanish. This chart is created by Buck Institute for Education. Before you have a look at the checklist here is a refresher about PBL. According to PBL Works, project based learning is “ an instructional approach built upon authentic learning activities that engage student interest and motivation. These activities are designed to answer a question or solve a problem and generally reflect the types of learning and work people do in the everyday world outside the classroom.”
I tried hard to locate the original source link of the chart but I could not. For copyright purposes, I am not able to share the chart here. However, there are several other platforms which share the chart. Run a Google search with the phrase PBL Essential Elements Checklist and you will find plenty.
