16 Inspiring Quotes from Steve Jobs Good for Us in Education

I received the slideshow below in an email I got from one of the readers of Educational Technology and Mobile Learning. The presentation features 16 of the most popular nuggets of wisdom uttered by the iconic techy geek Steve Jobs.

Steve's star is still rising high in the sky of mobile technology as his sharp sense of design and his meticulous attention to details put iPhone and iPad at the top of the electronic gadgets sold in the last couple of years. Steve was one remarkable example of how creativity can change one's whole life and turn it into a historical figure.

I have been deeply inspired by the way Steve looks at the world and have been particularly moved by the speech he delivered in front of Stanford graduates in 2005 just few months after he was diagnosed with a deadly uncurable cancer . In his address, Steve urged graduates to pursue their dreams and see the opportunities in life's setbacks-- including death itself.

If you wan to learn more about Steve Job, his life and his inventions I recommend that you read Steve's autobiography by Walter Isaacson.
