Megaskills: Building Our Children's Character and Achievement for School and Life is a wonderful book from the popular author Dorothy Rich. In this grandeur work Rich provided several tips and pieces of advice that were proven to help children develop the basic values and character strengths they need to succeed in school and beyond. It  includes an emphasis on focusing attention and thinking toward a goal - to help build critical abilities essential in the age of information.

Being impressed by the content of Megaskills I went ahead and created this graphic. I have included the main skills Rich tackled in details in her book . Have a look and share with us your feedback. Enjoy

  1. Perhaps 'using common sense' has a hint of pragmatism, but these skills for school and beyond do not operate in isolation. This type of framework needs to have roots in real contexts: people and places. You need to apply critical abilities to something...
