Chill is a free video platform that requires a sign up. Just head over to its main page and open your free account there. Once logged in you can then start organizing your videos the way you want. You can create as many categories as you want and via appropriately tagging your videos. they will appear just like a sticky note on a wall. The look reminds me of Wall Wisher the other tool that helps you organize your notes on a wall.
