As a reader of Educational Technology and Mobile Learning you would by now know that I am one of the big fans of TED. I have shared with you here several videos and posts on this great educational video resource. In fact TED videos are a great source of inspiration for me and whenever I have time I select some and watch them.
Today I am going to share with you two pieces of news about TED. The first one is about TED going on air and it will be broadcast in a radio channel called National Public Radio in the form of TED Radio Hour. The announcement did not really specify any specific time except saying that it will start on the 27th of this April. So if you are a fan of this video resource which I hope you are then tune your radio to get it soon.
The other thing I want to share with you here is a YouTube channel called TEDxYouth. This is the adolescent version of TED talks. As its name suggests, this is a channel that provides videos made by teenagers covering different topics. This is where I fetched the five videos I have shared with you in ``Five Great Motivational Videos to Share with your Students ``. TEDxYouth has more than 1160 videos all of which are educational and can be shared with students. Give it a try and browse through the content there and I am sure you will find some videos for your class.
