Internet is moving in such a lightening speed that by 2020 we will probably witness huge changes that humanity has never known in its entire existence. I am keeping optimistic about the potentail of internet in our life and hope that the change will be for the better.
Just compare our life today with what it what it used to be some decades ago. Knowledge was not accessible to everyone and only rich people can buy books and educate their kids while the masses remained in the dawn.This has changed with the introduction of information technologies and internet. Eveyone can browse the net for information they need and even pursue degrees and get diploma online. Gone are the days when you have to carry with you a hard drive and CD/DVD disks wherever you go, now with cloud based tools users can store their information in the cloud and access them wherever they are with just internet connection. In fact the changes are too many to cite here.
